Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing works for Hisabchi subscription plans sold at hisabchi.com. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Hisabchi is operated by Hisabchi, Rajasthan, India (GSTIN: 08AETPN8404L1ZS). Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay or other payment partners we designate.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free Premium trial. No payment is required to start a trial.

  • If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your workspace may enter read-only mode
  • You can still view and export your data in read-only mode where available
  • No refund applies to trials because no subscription payment was taken

Refund Policy

All paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Partial months or years
  • Unused time after cancellation
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Downgrades mid-cycle (access typically continues on the prior plan until period end)
  • Failure to use features included in your plan
Before you pay: Use the free trial to evaluate Hisabchi. The amount charged at Razorpay checkout is the final price for that billing period.

Cancellation & Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date shown in the app
  • When you cancel, paid access typically continues until the end of the current billing period
  • We stop future renewals with our payment partner where supported — you will not be charged for the next cycle after a successful cancellation
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and send reminders during a grace period before restricting access
  • After expiry, your workspace may enter read-only mode until you subscribe again

Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate payment, wrong plan amount, or payment succeeded but access was not activated), contact us within 7 days of the charge with:

  • Your registered mobile number or workspace name
  • Payment date and amount
  • Razorpay payment reference, if available

We will investigate with our payment partner. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be reversed or credited at our discretion and as permitted by the payment provider.

Successful payments may receive a GST tax invoice PDF for your records.

Refer & Earn (Separate from Subscriptions)

Referral rewards and UPI payouts are governed by the Refer & Earn section of our Terms. Subscription refunds and referral payouts are handled separately.

If a referred user's yearly payment is refunded or charged back, associated referral rewards may be reversed or clawed back as described in the Terms.
